Since childhood, Dr. Tseng has been driven by a deep passion for service, a commitment reinforced by growing up in a family with strong roots in the medical field.

Dr. Tseng earned her medical degree with a specialization in Radiology, following a rigorous educational path that prepared her for excellence in clinical practice. Over the course of her career, she has developed substantial expertise across multiple medical disciplines, including radiology, sonography, and obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN). Her clinical background is complemented by extensive leadership experience, having held directorial positions at hospitals and clinics throughout her career.
